We offer comprehensive courses for those who want to thoroughly study the logic of Revit. You will learn how to make quick decisions at the early stage of a project, how to cope with the challenges of complex modeling, calculation of specifications and preparation of documentation, as well as exporting models to AutoCAD and visualization software.

The courses are based on BIM technology teaching with many years of experience and broadly cover not only the functionality of the software but also train you in an ideologically correct approach to BIM design.

The audience will learn:
1. BIM modeling and design of buildings and structures.
2. Creating and using families of elements.
3. Modeling and reinforcement of building structures.
4. In a virtual 3D building: communications; water supply, sewerage, heating-ventilation, electrical wiring, design.
5. Exterior finish of the building facade.
6. Floor planning and placement of furniture, lighting and other decor.
7. Virtual photos of the building facade and rooms (RENDER) and recording of a video reel.
8. Based on the designed building and structures, creating professional drawings (plans, sections, facades, room subdivisions, detailing and others).
9. Estimating materials for construction and finishing of the building.
10. Participating in joint design.

Course duration: 5 months. Study frequency: 3 days per week. Lesson duration: 1.5 hours. Monthly fee: 285 GEL. Study can be attended in person or remotely using Zoom.
