We take your old pillow and unpick it.
The contents are emptied into a special hopper, where under the influence of an ultraviolet lamp and hot air pressure, feathers and down undergo a cleaning, fluffing, drying, and disinfection process.
Feathers and down undergo double cleaning. The coarse cleaning system removes large debris, while dust and fine particles remain in the filtration system.
The cleaned feathers are gradually stuffed into a clean cover (tick).
Once all the feathers have been transferred to the new pillow, we sew it up, resulting in a fully restored pillow.
Pillows are cleaned one by one in strict sequence.
At the end of the procedure, the machine's hopper is vacuumed of debris and disinfected again with a bactericidal lamp.
Therefore, mixing materials from different pillows is completely avoided!
We use special tick fabric that prevents feathers and down from leaking.
We replace the covers on your pillows, and you choose the pattern or color yourself!
We can adjust the size of your pillow, combine two pillows into one, or split one pillow into two.
