I am selling the installment contract (assignment) for two adjacent apartments: 33.4 m² + 51.9 m² = 85.3 m² — which together form a full three-room apartment on the 13th floor of Horizon Grand Residence (Block B), with sea view and sunset. Entry price: $45,000 for the contract + $31,128 remaining on the developer's installment plan. Total for the apartment: about $76,000, i.e. $892 per m².

Why this is advantageous — market figures:
According to Colliers Georgia, the average price per m² in Batumi new builds at the beginning of 2026 is $1,334, up 12.6% year over year. Analysts forecast continued growth of 10–15% per year. You are buying at 2023 prices in a market that has grown 25–30% over this period.

For comparison: similar apartments from Horizons Group in new projects (Horizons Deluxe / TRYP by Wyndham) are sold from $1,700/m². The difference with my offer is almost twofold.
